Clay Exploration - Grades 3-6 - Sunday Noon-1pm ****
3/6, 3/13, 3/20, 3/27, 4/3
Indoor Art Studio at 4 Corners - 33 University Blvd
This fun exploratory class lets students get their hands dirty as the learn how to create with clay. Lots of squeezing, rolling, pounding and pulling as we explore various ways of creating sculptural objects. There will be plenty of time for imaginations to run wild while we play with this wonderful and exciting medium.
We have a large studio space with three big windows and lots of fans. Each student will be socially distanced at their own art table. If COVID numbers spike locally, we can move our class to our outdoor space or you can opt for an "art box." Keeping our students safe is super important to us.
*This class will be held in our indoor studio space located at 33 University Blvd. Students will be required to wear masks so we can do our part to prevent the spread of COVID 19. Class size is limited to 12 students. All of our teachers are vaccinated and will wear masks while teaching. We ask if a student is unwell or has been exposed to virus that they do not come to the class. Keeping our students safe and healthy is our number one priority.
