Creative fun with age-appropriate yoga movement and breathing techniques, mindful activities and cooperative games, imaginative stories and adventures to encourage and play with balance, strength, flexibility, confidence, relaxing, calming, focus, concentration, working together, building friendships and social-emotional skills. Children will enjoy and explore yoga in a playful practice to promote and support an overall sense of well-being, building a strong foundation for a happy and healthy mind and body. This is a drop-off class and no yoga experience necessary.
