Carve out the time to slow down and reconnect with yourself! In this class, we combine the benefits of mindfulness with the structure of art journaling to give you the tools and space to develop a creative practice, work through creative blocks, and express yourself authentically and in a low stakes environment.
Each class will begin with a short breathing and grounding meditation followed by a gentle yoga flow. After taking time to drop into the body, you’ll be led through a mindful art exercise in your provided art journal, exploring a variety of art materials and techniques, styles, and mediums.
Please wear clothes you can move in and to bring a yoga mat.
